Job Posting - Business Development Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and proactive university students to join our Campus Outreach Program. As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with domestic companies that have international expansion needs. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, client communication, and cross-border business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify Chinese companies with potential overseas expansion needs.

• Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, or social media to introduce Cinfinity’s services.

• Support the business development team in maintaining and updating client databases.

• Collect feedback and insights on domestic market trends and client needs.

• Collaborate with the consulting team to prepare client presentations and marketing materials.

  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Economics, International Trade, or related majors preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable initiating conversations with business clients.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

• Interest in global business, cross-border trade, and consulting.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (native) and English (working proficiency).
