Who is this visa for?

• M type visa is for foreigner who need to attend trade activity, participate competition or other commercial activities in Mainland China.

Visa application process

• Prepare all document and print in letter sized paper.

• Book an appointment if necessary.

• Bring your document and passport to Chinese Visa Application Service Center.

• Fingerprint and photo will be captured during application.

• Debit Card payment will be done when documents are successfully submitted.

Document checklist

• Fill Chinese visa application form online and print all pages with letter sized paper.

  • Make sure select the right city where you will submit your application.

• At least 6 month validity of passport or travel document with more than 2 empty pages.

• Original passport or travel document.

• Photocopy of photo page of passport or travel document.

• 48mm x 33mm size photo(physical and electronic).

• Business invitation letter provided by a company or organization. (Chinese company or company located in China)

• Required information on invitation:

  • Company letter head.

  • Company stamp or seal.

  • Company responsible person's signature.

  • Travel's personal information(appear on passport).

  • Travel's travel details(Date of entry and exit, city of staying).

  • Activity details.

  • Who will be responsible for travel expense.

• If you previously held Chinese nationality, additional documents may be required.
